Once again I’m a little bit late tonight on posting stuff, but today is a different kind of day. The theme is Need All The Merch and funnily enough, it’s still a more minimalist post.
I’ve loved Star Wars since I was a kid. I grew up with the first six films the same way my mom grew up with the first three. I have three BB-8 toys (including the original Sphero robot), two dozen Funko pops, every single Krennic figure (no seriously), several copies of the first six movies, and even a few signed books. Hell, I even stammered at Carrie Fisher a few years before she passed.
My prized possession, though, is my Black Series Black Squadron X-Wing pilot helmet. There’s just something about it that feels like home and seeing it on my shelf just makes me happy. It goes so well next to all my Extended Universe books and I could probably fill my room with Star War helmets and still want more.
I guess a close second to my Star Wars collection would be my collection of Harry Potter books, but let’s be real here; the helmet is cooler.
What’s something that you could collect forever?
PS. The book is The Truce at Bakura by Kathy Tyers
